RunInvesting25 is an independent education site about gold, Bitcoin, retirement accounts and halal investing. It is written for everyday people who want to understand their options clearly before they make any decision with their money.

Who runs this site

My name is Maya. I started RunInvesting25 because I wanted simple, honest answers to questions I had as an investor and as a Muslim: Is Bitcoin halal? How does zakat work on gold? What is the real cost of a crypto IRA? Most of the answers I found were either too complicated or written to sell something. This site is my attempt to do better.

How we write our articles

Every article is researched from original sources, such as official regulators, fund providers, and recognized Islamic finance scholars and organizations. We include the date we checked prices and fees, and we update articles when things change. When we quote a religious ruling, we name the scholar or organization and link to the source. We do not issue our own fatwas, and we encourage readers to consult a qualified scholar.
